Delivery & installation
What it costs, how long it takes, and what our team does when they arrive.
Delivery charges
- Lahore, orders over 50,000 PKR — free.
- Lahore, orders under 50,000 PKR — flat 500 PKR.
- Rest of Pakistan — quoted per order based on size and weight. Large chandeliers travel crated; we will confirm the cost before we dispatch.
How long it takes
Stocked items leave the showroom within 2–5 working days. Made-to-order pieces are built to your specification and take 2–3 weeks — the lead time is shown on each product page before you order.
We call to agree a delivery window rather than turning up unannounced. Large fixtures need someone on site who can let the team in and show them where each piece goes.
Installation
Installation in Lahore is included on chandeliers and other large fixtures. Our own electricians hang the piece, wire it, test the circuit, and take the packaging away with them — we do not subcontract this.
What installation covers:
- Hanging and securing the fixture to an existing ceiling point.
- Wiring and testing, including dimmer commissioning where fitted.
- Bulb fitting where bulbs are supplied with the piece.
- Removal of all packaging and site clean-up.
What it does not cover:
- Creating a new ceiling point, or moving an existing one.
- Structural work, false-ceiling cutting, or making good plaster and paint.
- Rewiring beyond the fixture itself.
If any of that is needed, tell us before delivery — we can usually quote for it and do it on the same visit rather than making you book a second one.
Before the team arrives
- Confirm your ceiling height — it determines the drop we set.
- Clear the area beneath the fitting point.
- Make sure the circuit can be switched off at the board.
