We collect what we need to fulfil your order and nothing more. We do not sell your information.
What we collect
- Your name, phone number, and delivery address when you place an order.
- Your email address, if you give us one.
- The contents of your order and your chosen payment method.
- Anything you write to us in an enquiry.
Your shopping cart is stored in your own browser, not on our servers, and is cleared when you complete an order.
Why we collect it
- To pack, deliver, and install your order.
- To contact you about that order — confirming a delivery window, for example.
- To honour the warranty, which is recorded against your order number.
- To meet our record-keeping obligations.
We do not send marketing messages unless you have asked us to, and we do not sell or rent your details to anyone.
Who else sees it
Only the people needed to complete your order: our delivery and installation team, and a courier where an order ships outside Lahore. Payment card details are handled by the payment provider and never reach or get stored by us.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for the length of the warranty plus our statutory record-keeping period. Enquiries that do not become orders are deleted once they are closed.
