Warranty
Two years on fittings and drivers. We keep the record against your order, so you do not need to produce a certificate.
Your warranty starts on the delivery date and is tied to your order number — keep it, and that is all we need.
What is covered
- 2 years — fittings, frames, finishes, and LED drivers against manufacturing defects.
- 2 years — workmanship on any installation carried out by our own team.
- 1 year — integrated LED modules, against premature failure or visible colour shift.
What is not covered
- Replaceable bulbs, which are consumables.
- Damage from voltage spikes, incorrect supply, or an unearthed circuit.
- Damage from installation by someone other than our team, or from later modification.
- Normal ageing of natural materials — marble veining, brass patina, and similar.
- Accidental damage, misuse, or cleaning with solvents.
- Outdoor fixtures installed below their stated IP rating for the position.
Making a claim
Call +92 300 1234567 or email info@qasrefanoos.com with your order number and a photograph or short video of the fault. We will normally diagnose it from that.
Within Lahore we send an electrician to inspect and repair on site. Elsewhere we arrange for the faulty component to be returned, and we cover the carriage on a valid claim.
Where a fault is confirmed we repair the fixture, replace the faulty component, or replace the piece — in that order of preference. If the model has been discontinued we will offer the nearest equivalent or a refund.
Looking after your fixtures
- Dust crystal and glass with a dry microfibre cloth — never a solvent or household spray.
- Switch the circuit off at the board before cleaning anything.
- Use the bulb type and maximum wattage printed on the fixture.
- Have dimmer-fitted circuits checked if lamps start to flicker rather than replacing bulbs repeatedly.
