The terms on which we sell, deliver, and install. Plain language, and short on purpose.
Orders
An order becomes a contract when we confirm it, not when you submit it. If an item turns out to be unavailable or mispriced, we will tell you before dispatch and you may cancel without charge.
Prices
Prices are in Pakistani Rupees and include applicable taxes. Delivery is charged as set out in our delivery policy. We may change prices at any time, but never after your order is confirmed.
Payment
We accept cash on delivery, card, and JazzCash / EasyPaisa. Made-to-order pieces require a deposit before work begins; the balance is due before delivery.
Product appearance
Photography is representative. Natural materials — marble, hand-blown glass, solid brass — vary between pieces, and screen colours differ. This variation is a property of the material and is not a defect.
Delivery and installation
Lead times are estimates given in good faith, not guarantees. Installation is subject to safe access and a suitable existing ceiling point, as described in our delivery and installation policy.
Returns and warranty
Set out in full in our returns policy and warranty. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.
Liability
- We are responsible for the fixtures we supply and the work our team carries out.
- We are not responsible for faults arising from work carried out by others, or from an unsuitable electrical supply.
- Our liability for any order does not exceed the value of that order.
- Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan and disputes fall to the courts of Lahore.
